Food Intolerance

According to Allergy UK, 45% of the population has a food intolerance.

Food intolerance is not the same as a food allergy. An intolerance is usually a delayed reaction to something you ate. You could get symptoms a few hours or a few days after you have eaten the offending item, making it difficult to identify what may be causing your symptoms.

You may already be avoiding specific foods or you might be having health problems and have no idea what foods are causing the issue.

If you are experiencing one or more of the following symptoms, you may have a food allergy:
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome
  • Severe headaches
  • Skin outbreaks such as acne, itchy spots or rashes
  • PMT with major cramping
  • Constant runny nose
  • Always clearing your throat, lots of phlegm
  • Uncomfortable bloating
  • Uncontrollable wind
  • Fatigue
  • Foggy brain
Rather than guess and cut out foods which you only suspect, why not find out for sure?

Using a very simple but effective test that takes 40 minutes, you will know exactly what foods you are reacting to. You will be tested for a range of foods including cereals and grains, nuts and beans, meat, fish, vegetables, fruit and dairy.

What would you give for peace of mind? Imagine the relief when you finally know.

The test is a non invasive finger prick blood test. Food intolerance tests using any other method may not be as accurate and you may be avoiding foods unnecessarily. As part of the test, you'll receive a comprehensive food support guide in addition to an hours consultation.

You may feel that omitting specific foods from your diet is restrictive, its not; there are plenty of alternatives you can enjoy plus there is always a way to re-create your favourite meals and snacks so there is no need to feel as though you are missing out.
